Collection of new products of special interest to the industrial water and wastewater markets.
Solids handling
Zoeller Engineered Products’ solids handling line fits the industry’s need for higher horsepower pumps. The 4” model provides a moderate flow when pumping against a high head while the 6” pump is ideal for a high flow requirement where a low head exists. The new 64 HD series pumps provide long service life with minimal downtime. The motor is optimally designed with oil-filled housings and non-overloading windings, which enable it to maintain a low operating temperature when facing the harshest of conditions.

HDPE coupling
The Victaulic high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe-joining system provides a full line of Installation-Ready™ and grooved solutions from 2” to 36”. The Style 905 Refuse-to-Fuse™ HDPE coupling joins plain-end HDPE pipe 2-8” in diameter. Installation-ready coupling contains stainless-steel restraint rings that bite into the outside diameter as the coupling housing segments are tightened. With no need for disassembly, the assembly process is quick and requires no loose parts. The coupling is also visually inspectable, allowing installers to see a bolt-pad-to-bolt-pad confirmation that the joint is properly assembled.

Multi-operation survey system
Straightpoint and Tarka-Systems B.V.’s Multi Operation Survey System (MOSS) can collect data from up to six different monitoring devices on a jobsite. Featuring six 4-20 milliamp (mA) inputs that collect information when multiple types of data are required, captured by load cells, thermometers, anemometers and other technologies, it is typically applied where data needs to be gathered over a period of time. An IP67-rated, portable case, mounted on which are the connectors (also IP67 rated) that can be used while the case is closed, offers protection from the elements.

Ultrasonic sensor
The Greyline DFM 5.1 is designed for difficult liquids that would damage regular flow meters, such as wastewater, slurries, sludge, chemicals, viscous liquids and abrasives. There is no obstruction to flow and no pressure drop because the device measures flow from outside a pipe. The non-intrusive, clamp-on ultrasonic sensor fits any pipe 1/2” (12.5 mm) inside diameter or larger. The electronics/display enclosure can be mounted nearby. The DFM 5.1 includes a new digital signal processor to filter background noise and interference, and to measure flow rates accurately in liquids containing gas bubbles or solids particles.

Service-in-place progressive cavity pump
NETZSCH Pumps North America has added to its line of FSIP (full service-in-place) NEMO® progressive cavity pumps. Ideal for wear-intensive applications, the FSIP™ design has been re-engineered to provide full access to all the pumps’ rotating parts. Users can open the in-service pump housing, dismantle all rotating parts, and install them again without having to remove the pump from the pipe assembly or having to disconnect wiring. The NEMO’s rotor-stator unit can be lifted out after opening the newly designed inspection cover on the pump housing without the need for any special tools.

Measurement and control center
The DEPOLOX® 700 M analyzer is designed for measurement and limited control tasks in the drinking and process water industry. The analyzer can incorporate up to six well-proven measurement parameters: free chlorine, total chlorine, pH, oxidation reduction potential, conductivity and temperature. The device uses a 7” color touch panel for an intuitive user interface and an LED lit flow cell that can be programmed to change color in case of an alarm condition.
