OCALA, Fla. — Krausz Industries of Israel has opened a new facility in Ocala which will provide coupling and repair clamp solutions for the U.S. water and wastewater industry, according to a press release.
The new facility will warehouse finished products for immediate delivery and create custom fabrication enhancements to base products, the release reported.
“We are excited about opening our new U.S. operations and look forward to bringing a new level of service to customers across the U.S.,” said Krausz Industries president Danny Krausz. “This facility is the latest chapter in Krausz’s history. We started in the 1920s in Europe and moved to Israel in the 1940s. Krausz USA is the next exciting step in providing water piping solutions around the world that are easy to install, reliable and stand the test of time.”
“Ocala has many skilled technicians and manufacturing workers with direct water industry experience,” said Krausz USA president Tom Gwynn. “Combined with its access to surface transport across the U.S. and to shipping channels along the east coast, Ocala was an ideal location for us to establish operations.”
