CINCINNATI, OH, June 28, 2005 -- Steve Moritz has joined Cadence Network Inc, a service provider in the utility, telecom and lease expense management industry, as vice president of sales and marketing.

Moritz, formerly Strategic Energy's vice president of national accounts, was responsible for starting Strategic's national accounts program growing to become one of the largest in the industry in just three years. Cadence expects that Moritz will accomplish similar achievements for the firm as it looks to maintain market position and grow its share of the utility, lease and telecom expense management market. "Steve has a lot of industry experience and brings a wealth of knowledge with him to Cadence," says Jeff Hart, Cadence's president and CEO. "His background in developing integrated sales and marketing initiatives will allow Cadence to continue to meet the markets' need for new, customized solutions."

For Moritz, joining Cadence is an opportunity to apply his skills in a slightly different arena after spending the last 11 years in another part of the energy supply business. "I have been working with Cadence for years to help serve their customers," said Moritz. "The firm's commitment to their clients and intense focus on bringing the best products to the market is always something I've admired, and I'm excited to begin contributing to these goals."
